Adopt a Project
Generous donors can support Soccer Saves through our Adopt-a-Project Program. Your donation provides a comprehensive offering of education and soccer programming for a village or a community.
Soccer Saves Champion ($10,000 Giving Level)
Being a soccer champion means looking like one too! This donation covers the
cost of soccer uniforms (t-shirt, shorts, shoes and socks) for 150
athletes. The more young people we can attract to the soccer field,
the more young people we can reach with life-saving health education.
Buying these uniforms will give young people improved self-esteem and
self-worth and keep them engaged in the soccer club. The longer they
are involved, the stronger their relationships will become with the
coachs who are trained to provide high quality health education and mentorship to
these children. Your contribution will help keep young people engaged.
Soccer Saves Legend ($25,000 Giving Level)
Become a Soccer Saves Legend!
This includes training and materials for 10 soccer coaches to become
champions for health. They will be trained to provide health education
and HIV prevention skills to their respective soccer teams of 15 children
each (totaling 150 children). This package will also cover the training
and materials of 100 peer educators who will work hand in hand with
the soccer coaches to relay health education to their fellow players
on the sports field as well as to their peers off the soccer field.
This package will also include uniforms for the players, and new soccer
nets and balls for each team. Your gift will also be used to help rehabilitate
two soccer fields.
