Microsoft 9 vs. 9 Rules and Regulations
- The rules of soccer as governed by FIFA will prevail unless
otherwise specified
- 9 players on the field (including keeper). Unlimited roster
size (each roster player must pay $25 entry fee)
- Unlimited substitution at stoppage of play
- All teams guaranteed at least 3 games and 90 minutes of
running game time (i.e. at least 3 games of at least 30 minutes running
time each)
- Bracket format to be determined based on number of teams
participating
- Players may be required to sign waivers that releases Microsoft
Corporation from all claims
- The decisions of the tournament director (Cliff McCrath)
are final.
- All participants must have fun – after all, it’s for a
good cause!!!
Fee $600 per team (12 player roster - $25 entry fee plus $25
Giving Campaign match)
* Open to Microsoft employees only
Team captains will register a team with a $600 payment. The
entire $600 payment will be refunded to the captain on the day of the
tournament and players will be asked to (1) make a $25 payment and (2)
sign a Giving Campaign Matching Form.
